Biography
Charles Beyrouthy is the Managing Partner at Forma Prime, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in the next generation of quantum, semiconductors, and sensors. The fund is a partner of the Chip's Act, and one of the NSTC's first 100 members. A venture capital expert and innovation specialist, he has led startup initiatives, built strategic partnerships, and conducted deep-tech due diligence across AI, life sciences, advanced materials, and semiconductors.
His R&D background spans Citizens Financial Group, Brown University, Abbott Laboratories, Dartmouth Medical School, and the Silvio O. Conte National Center for Polymer Research.
Charles holds a double degree with honors in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where his thesis was on microprinting lithography and Silicon-Biology interface research.
